Pricing Structure

General IT Support is the core of our business. We’re celebrating 15 years of experience in IT support this year.


We provide both ad-hoc and managed service plans. Ad-hoc customers work on a “call us when you need us” basis and pay by the hour.

This works best for small companies with few computers and no server infrastructure. Larger businesses tend to choose a managed service plan.

A Managed Service Plan

includes general support, monitoring and maintaining your infrastructure (server, firewall, etc) and looking after software updates, all for one monthly fee.
